100 g de pão esfarelado<br />
1 ovo batido<br />
1 colher de chá de manjericão (ou salsa)<br />
200 g de bacon fatiado<br />
2 c. de sopa de molho tomate refogado</p>
<p>1. Tire o atum da lata e com a ajuda de um garfo esfarele os lombos de forma a poder misturar com o resto dos ingredientes, excepto o bacon. Misture os restantes ingredientes até obter uma consistência homogénea. Com esta mistura, forme croquetes.</p>
<p>2. Enrole cada um numa fatia de bacon sem pele e passe numa frigideira antiaderente até ficar tostado.</p>

<p>Leve uma panela ao lume com água abundante temperada com sal. Assim que começar a ferver, adicione-lhe o esparguete. Depois de cozido, escorra-o e reserve-o.<br />
Descasque a cenoura e corte-a em tiras, assim como o bacon; pique o alho e a salsa. Leve uma frigideira ao lume com um fio de azeite, salteie a cenoura, com o bacon, até alourar.<br />
Adicione-lhe a massa e tempere de sal, pimenta e noz-moscada. Envolva e deixe saltear. No final, acrescente as azeitonas e a salsa picada.</p>

300 g talharim<br />
3 dentes de alho<br />
2 colheres sopa de azeite<br />
4 dl natas<br />

Sal e azeite qb</p>
<p>Coza a massa em água com sal e um fio de azeite; escorra-a e reserve-a. De seguida, pique os alhos e core-os no azeite. Junte-lhes as natas, as ervas aromáticas picadas e sal.<br />
Assim que ferver, envolva-lhes a mistura de queijo e a massa reservada. Rectifique os temperos e transfira o preparado para um recipiente refractário. Polvilhe-o com o queijo parmesão e as azeitonas picadas. Leve-o ao forno a 190º C, por 20 minutos. Sirva.</p>

50 g manteiga<br />
50 g farinha<br />
Sal, azeite, pimenta, noz-moscada, qb</p>
<p>Comece por cozer a massa. Entretanto, pique a cebola e os alhos; refogue-os num fio de azeite. Deixe-os alourar e junte-lhes o tomate, limpo de pele e sementes. Adicione-lhes o atum escorrido e a polpa de tomate.<br />
Tempere com sal e pimenta. Reduza o calor e deixe apurar. Se necessário, junte-lhe uma colher de sopa de farinha. Aplique como recheio dos cannelloni. Disponha-os num recipiente refractário; reserve. Ferva o leite temperado com sal, pimenta, noz-moscada e a manteiga.<br />
Junte-lhe a farinha e triture; deixe engrossar. Verta sobre os cannelloni e leve-os ao forno, a 160º C, por 10 minutos.</p>

700 g de bacalhau demolhado<br />
1 folha de louro<br />
1 ramo de salsa<br />
1 cebola<br />
400 g de couve lombarda<br />
1 dl de azeite<br />
5 dentes de alho<br />
500 g de pão de trigo<br />
Sal qd</p>
<p>Coza o bacalhau em água temperada com sal, o louro, a salsa e a cebola descascada e cortada em gomos. Escorra-o e reserve 3,5 dl de água de cozedura. À restante, junte a couve cortada juliana grossa e deixe cozer.<br />
Entretanto, retire a pele e as espinhas ao bacalhau e lasque-o. Aqueça o azeite e refogue lentamente os alhos picados. Adicione-lhe o pão cortado em pedaços e de seguida regue com o caldo que reservou. Acrescente o bacalhau e a couve bem escorrida. Envolva bem e rectifique os temperos. Sirva de seguida.</p>

4 ovos<br />
1/2 alface frisada<br />
2 tomates maduros<br />
2 latas de atum<br />

<p>Coza os ovos em água e sal. Retire-os e arrefeça-os em água fria. Descasque-os e corte-os às rodelas. Reserve. Escolha as folhas de alface e lave-as muito bem. Seque-as e reserve. Lave e corte o tomate em rodelas. De seguida, escorra o atum e esmague-o com um garfo. Envolva-lhe maionese e reserve também. Corte uma tampa ao pão e escave o miolo. Recheie-o com as folhas de alface, rodelas de ovo e tomate e a pasta de atum. Repita esta operação e tape com a côdea que retirou, leve ao frigorífico opr 30 minutos.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Ingredientes (4 doses)</strong><br />
800 gr. de bacalhau cozido<br />
400 gr. cenouras<br />
2 cebolas<br />
3 colheres de sopa de margarina<br />
50 gr. de miolo de pão<br />
4,5 dl de leite<br />
1 colher sopa de farinha<br />
1 limão (sumo)<br />
2 gemas<br />
2 colheres de sopa de queijo ralado<br />
125 gr. de natas<br />
noz-moscada para temperar<br />
sal e pimenta qb</p>
<p>1. Elimine a pele e as espinhas ao bacalhau e pique-o finamente. Coloque as cenouras e as cebolas, cortadas em pedaços, numa picadora. Leve a mistura anterior a lume brando com duas colheres da margarina.<br />
2. Quando ficar mole, junte o miolo de pão embebido em 1 dl do leite e quente e bata, sem retirar do lume, até obter uma mistura homogénea.<br />
3. Junte o bacalhau picado, tempere com sal e pimenta e continue a bater até obter uma mistura fofa. Coloque num tabuleiro tipo pirex.<br />
4. Molho bechamel: leve ao lume a restante margarina misturada com a farinha. Verta o restante leite quente e mexa bem. Tempere com sal, pimenta, noz-moscada. Mexa até engrossar. Retire do lume e junte sumo de limão e as gemas.<br />
5. Deite este molho sobre o preparado de bacalhau e leve forno bem quente, durante 10 minutos. Retire e polvilhe com metade do queijo; regue com as natas e volte a polvilhar com o queijo restante. Introduza novamente no forno até ficar dourado.</p>

1 cebola pequena<br />

Sumo de limão, leite, sal e pimenta qb</p>
<p>1. Demolhe as migas de bacalhau de véspera. Escorra-as, passe-as por várias águas, regue-as com sumo de limão e cubra com leite. Deixe marinar cerca de 2 horas.<br />
2. Prepare depois o polme, misturando a farinha com o ovo, a cebola e salsa picadas. Tempere com sal e pimenta. Adicione o azeite e água suficiente para formar uma pasta.<br />
3. Escorra bem as migas da marinada e ennvolva-as no polme. Frita, às colheradas, em óleo bem quente. Vá virando, para ficarem com um tom uniforme. Escorre as pataniscas sobre papel absorvente. Sirva quentes ou frias.</p>

- Juntar Gelo picado<br />
